Anxiety is on our radar a lot these days. It is a very real and rising reality of our time. I came across this poem this morning. It’s not to make light of fear, worry, anxiety. I have been there, even today.
Let us go out into the morning and sing.
Yesterday I was listening to a podcast around the area of spiritual formation. In that session, a phrase was mentioned by one of the hosts, one that caught my attention. It was this: becoming a non-anxious presence.
