Anxiety. Mindfulness. Breathing.

Many times, our anxiety connects to the past (what happened) or the future (what might happen). Therefore, we are not present in the moment.

One way to work through anxiety is by practicing mindfulness, a slow and deep breathing process that can help ground us in the present.
