A life update for me.

This past summer I was able to join the team at Kardia Counseling, a counseling and coaching center in Memphis.

My specific practice focuses on life coaching & spiritual direction.

This life we live is a journey – one of ups and downs, joy and pain, clarity and confusion. We feel it regularly. With this in mind, I desire to provide a space to clients for spiritual formation and care.

This includes support in such areas as spiritual and emotional health, calling-vocation, contemplative spirituality, spiritual gifts, the Enneagram, and leadership development. My work has involved individual sessions, leading church staff retreats, and guiding spiritual formation sessions for staff teams.
